EVERMORE

Oh my gosh!

i saw evermore tonight at the seymour centre (quiet and pretty setting-- no moshing, no weird drunk people, nobody smoking inside, the band were clean cut and drinking water.. everybody sat there nicely tapping their foot and whistling )
i wish more bands held their concerts there but it is really only suitable for bands like 'evermore and sarah blasko' ( quote from Johanna and i agree completely)

Band consists of Jon (vocals, guitar), Peter (bass, keys) and Dann (drums).

they are SO talented.

Jon has a beautiful voice. and they're so cute and sweet ( before they left-- they said ''everybody , if u want , come up on stage and dance with us''.. =P i was SHOCKED! i thought all the girls would come up and fling themselves at them but nope.. they let the band keep playing 'it's too late' and they were all jumping up and down.. very cool of the band to let people come up on stage.. )

PLUS they're so much better looking in real life ! esp. the lead singer Jon ..he's not as chubby.. maybe he just photographs chubby? he's SPUNKY! all the way home, i was so dreamy --just thinking about him =P

i personally reckon he's the best looking one but the keyboard player Peter was also nice looking.. lol... he just had very elaborate gestures-- the way he played the keyboard.. and dancing.. a little bit 'gay' =P

the drummer Dann was our age and not very tall but extremely talented! they're just so good!

they had nice tshirts on sale too..must remember- for next time -to bring extra cash

thank you rena for suggesting the little taiwanese place near burlington and the shanghainese restaurant and insearch.. an absolute bargain.. very busy and very small place -- lots of waitresses bustling around us but very nice food and it wasn't super noisy..

$1 bowl of rice ( very big size) and $2.50 for a little plate of vegetables or meat or seafood...
it all added up to $20.50 for THREE PEOPLE! beat that! and we were absolutely FULL!!!

a great night out.. if only i was allowed to go out more often.. thanks sophia for getting the tickets and thank you everybody for the nice night.
and rena and johanna for the nice dinner ( we were walking around for about 30 minutes trying to look for a place that didn't have a LONG line.. tried ramen kan, seoul ria and this place called 'teppanyaki something and cafe' near ramen kan but it only offered teppanyaki and we didn't want that )

hope to have more good nights out soon OR after the exams in our one month long holiday! =)
